Our recent club meeting was a relaxed and memorable chocolate and whisky tasting evening. Members sampled a curated selection of whiskies paired with a variety of chocolates, exploring how different cocoa styles and sweetness levels can highlight (or transform) aromas and flavors in the glass.

Between tastings, there was plenty of time for conversation, comparing notes, and sharing recommendations—along with a generous spread of small bites to round out the evening. The event combined discovery and good company, and it was great to see so many members taking part.
