For our November first Thursday event, we’ll be exploring at least eight exceptional whiskies and perhaps a few additional surprises along the way – a curated lineup of rare editions and hidden gems from some of Scotland’s finest distilleries. Each dram tells a story, and guiding us through them will be Mark Chesterfield, a man who has lived the whisky life from Inverness to Edinburgh. For over two decades, he’s been running more than 70 tastings a year across Switzerland—so expect passion, depth, and a good dose of Highland spirit.
To elevate the experience, we’ll pair each whisky with world-class Swiss chocolate from Felchlin in Schwyz—renowned among master chocolatiers as some of the best on the planet. The result? A bold, elegant harmony between whisky’s fire and chocolate’s finesse.
