Gentlemen,

The weather forecast is promising and assuming it remains so, the 2nd annual midsummer BBQ will take place this coming *Saturday, June 20*. It is open to all. Families and Friends are welcome. The club will be providing welcome drinks and bratwursts. However, we ask that each family brings its own preferred food and drinks accordingly.

*Time*: starting at 12:00 – open end. We start at 12 to secure the location and to accommodate family schedules, but feel free to join as your schedule permits.

We are also looking for some volunteer support. Please contact me directly if you can help.

Specifically we will need:

– help securing the location in the morning as it is not possible to reserve. This requires that someone is at the site starting in the morning, probably from 9:30/10:00 to prevent other groups from occupying the main BBQ pit. This could be various people in shifts so as to not block the whole morning.

– ⁠cooling boxes to keep the drinks cold. The club will provide ice, but boxes would be appreciated.
